These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with Sesame Online EOOD in connection with your access to and use of the Sesame real-money gaming environment made available via the website sesamerz.com (the "Website"). By registering an account or using any gambling services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 (last updated 6 November 2025). Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

Minimum age: You may create an Account only if you are at least 18 years old or older where your local law prescribes a higher minimum age for online gambling. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Prohibited jurisdictions: You are not permitted to open an Account or place Bets if you are located in, resident in, or accessing the Website from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom. By registering, you expressly confirm that you are not located in or resident in the UK and that you are not using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to hide your location.
Single account policy: Each Player may hold only one active Account with the Operator. The creation or use of multiple Accounts, including "duplicate" or "linked" Accounts, is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension and confiscation of funds as permitted by applicable law.

Account creation and verification (KYC)

Registration data: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. Email and identity verification: You may be required to confirm your email address by following a verification link. User obligations and security

Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details up to date and promptly correct any inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate information.
Account credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any authentication credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
Third-party use: You must not permit any third party to use your Account. The Operator may treat any use of your Account credentials as use by you.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and game participation

Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is confirmed on the Website and reflected in your betting history. Before confirmation, the Operator may refuse or limit any Bet without giving a reason. After confirmation, Bets may only be cancelled or modified at the Operator's sole discretion and only where technically and legally feasible.

Technical issues and settlement

Interrupted sessions: If your game session is interrupted due to a technical failure, the outcome recorded on the Operator's servers shall prevail. In the event of a system error affecting the correct operation of a game, the Operator may void the affected Bets and refund the stake to your Real-Money Balance where required by applicable law.
Errors and mispricing: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets that were accepted at obviously incorrect odds, lines, or game configurations due to manifest error or system failure. In such cases, the Operator's liability is limited to returning the original stake to your Real-Money Balance.

Conduct in live casino, chats, and responsible play

Prohibited conduct: When interacting with live dealers, other players, or staff (for example via chat features), you must not use abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour, and you must not harass, threaten, or defame any person.
Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, advantage play involving exploitation of obvious technical errors, use of bots or automated systems, or any other behaviour that provides an unfair advantage. The Operator may void Bets, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in such activity in line with licence conditions and applicable law.
Location manipulation: Any attempt to conceal or falsify your location, including via VPN, proxy, or similar tools in order to access Sesame from a Prohibited Jurisdiction such as the United Kingdom, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Bonus Terms

Bonus activation and eligibility

Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered via sesamerz.com, including Sesame, is subject to specific terms displayed with the offer. By claiming or using a Bonus, you accept both these Terms and the relevant offer terms.
Eligibility restrictions: The Operator may restrict certain Bonuses to particular countries, payment methods, or player segments. Players from Prohibited Jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, are not eligible to receive or use Bonuses.
Activation: A Bonus may require manual opt-in, the use of a bonus code, or a qualifying deposit or Bet. Activation conditions are indicated for each promotion and must be met within the stated time frame.

Wagering requirements and time limits

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements (for example, a 30x or higher turnover of the Bonus amount and, where applicable, the deposit). Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to the "Sesame" brand, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Sesame services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

If you are in the United Kingdom and nonetheless provide personal data against these Terms, you acknowledge that the Operator is not subject to UKGC data-governance rules and that UK-specific regulatory redress mechanisms may not apply.

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

User-initiated closure and consequences

Funds on closure: Upon closure, any remaining Real-Money Balance that is not subject to investigation, freezing order, or legal restriction will be returned to you via a method selected by the Operator, where practicable, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
